College of Education suspends art education program

In 2014, the College of Education at the University of Missouri decided to eliminate its undergraduate art education program due to low enrollment numbers. I talked with leaders in the College and students in the program and wrote about the reasoning behind that decision and the response. Citizen’s for Justice founder might join in $2.7 million lawsuit

I previously wrote about a $2.7 million lawsuit brought against Boone County Prosecutor Dan Knight and members of the Columbia Police Department regarding the unlawful seizure of guns. This follow-up story was written after the founder of local activist group Citizens for Justice decided to join the lawsuit regarding the seizure of his weapon at a traffic stop.
